The following Billing & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Urban Man Caves. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
    All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other payment methods listed at checkout. Payment must clear successfully for the order to be processed.

  2. ACCURATE BILLING INFORMATION
    You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information at checkout. This includes:

  • Correct billing name

  • Billing address

  • Payment card details

  • Contact information
    If any information is incorrect or cannot be verified, we may cancel or hold your order until the information is corrected.

  1. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
    By submitting payment, you authorize Urban Man Caves to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including taxes, shipping charges, and any optional services selected at checkout.

  2. ORDER VERIFICATION
    To protect against fraud, Urban Man Caves may require additional verification before processing your order. We reserve the right to:

  • Request identification or documentation

  • Verify billing and shipping addresses

  • Refuse or cancel an order if verification cannot be completed

  1. PRICING & CHANGES
    All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time without notice.
    If a pricing error occurs, Urban Man Caves reserves the right to:

  • Correct the price

  • Update or cancel the order

  • Issue a refund if necessary

  1. TAXES
    Sales tax will be applied to orders based on the delivery address and applicable laws. Taxes are calculated during checkout.

  2. FAILED PAYMENTS
    If a payment is declined or fails to process:

  • The order will not be fulfilled

  • You will be notified to update your payment method
    Urban Man Caves is not responsible for delays caused by failed or incomplete payments.

  1. CANCELLATIONS & CHARGES
    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if not yet shipped. Once shipped, the order becomes subject to our Return & Refund Policy, including shipping and restocking fees.
    Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and refusal of future orders.

  2. FRAUD & UNAUTHORIZED USE
    Any suspected fraudulent activity will be investigated. Urban Man Caves may cancel an order or block an account if fraud is suspected. Using someone else's payment information without permission is illegal and will be reported.

  3. RECEIPTS & BILLING STATEMENTS
    After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation and electronic receipt.
    Your bank or card statement may list charges as:
    “URBAN MAN CAVES” or “SAMAL HOLDING COMPANY LLC”

  4. DISPUTES
