By placing an order with Urban Man Caves, you agree to the following payment terms. Please review this policy before completing your purchase.

1. PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED
   We accept the following forms of payment:

• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

• Digital wallets and express checkouts (if available)

• Shop Pay, PayPal, or other payment options shown at checkout

We do not accept checks, wire transfers, or cash.

2. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
   When you place an order, your payment method will be pre-authorized for the full purchase amount. Your card or payment account will be charged once the order is confirmed and processing begins.

3. ORDER VERIFICATION
   For security purposes, some orders may require additional verification. Urban Man Caves reserves the right to:

• Verify billing and shipping details

• Request identification or supporting documents

• Cancel or hold an order if verification cannot be completed

4. PRICING AND CURRENCY
   All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice.
   If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error, update the order, or cancel the order and issue a refund.

5. SALES TAX
   Sales tax is automatically applied based on the shipping address and applicable state laws.

6. PAYMENT SECURITY
   All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors. Urban Man Caves does not store or have access to your full payment information.

7. FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS
   If your payment is declined, the order will not be processed. You will be asked to update or provide a different payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by failed payments.

8. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
   If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at support@urbanmancaves.com or 904-375-7471.
   Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension or refusal of future orders.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION
   Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not shipped. If the order has shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return and subject to shipping and restocking fees according to our Return & Refund Policy.
