Thank you for shopping with Urban Man Caves. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully, as many of our products are large, heavy, and shipped directly from the manufacturer. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if the item has not yet shipped. If the order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return and subject to return shipping and restocking fees. -
RETURNS
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

All returns require prior approval. Returns cannot be sent to our business office and must be shipped to the manufacturer or authorized warehouse. -
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
Unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for:

Return shipping costs

Original shipping costs (including items marked “free shipping”)

Manufacturer restocking fees (typically 15%–30%, depending on brand)
These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

Used, installed, or assembled items

Custom-made or special-order products

Clearance, final-sale, or closeout items

Items without original packaging

Products marked “non-returnable”

Items not approved for return by Urban Man Caves or the manufacturer

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. To process a damage claim, provide:

Manufacturers require this documentation. Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and provide return instructions for the incorrect item at no cost to you. -
REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds are issued after the manufacturer receives and inspects the returned item.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Any shipping or restocking fees will be deducted from the final refund.
We will notify you once your refund is processed. -
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be offered for eligible items. Customers are responsible for return shipping, any price difference, and any applicable restocking fees. Replacement items will ship after the original item is received and inspected. -
FREIGHT DELIVERY (LTL SHIPMENTS)
Many of our products ship via freight carriers. Customers are responsible for inspecting the shipment before signing for delivery.
If damage is visible or suspected, you must note it on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment.
Signing without noting damage may void your ability to file a claim. -
