Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order in our system and that your payment method has been pre-authorized. We begin processing all orders immediately. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, and transit times are typically 7–10 business days.
Order Shipment
Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout within 24 hours after your order leaves the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at support@urbanmancaves.com or call 904-375-7471.

We currently do not ship outside the United States. If this changes, updates will be provided here.
Shipping Options
Curbside Delivery – (Free or Cost)
Delivered to the end of your driveway or curb. Typical delivery time is 7–10 business days after processing.
Threshold Delivery – (Optional Upgrade)
Item is delivered to your porch, sheltered entryway, or garage area. Available for select items. Contact us for availability and pricing.
White Glove Delivery – (Optional Upgrade)
Delivery to your room of choice. Full assembly is NOT included for some items. All packaging and debris will be removed from your home. Availability varies by item—please contact us to confirm eligibility before ordering.
