Designed for large patios and outdoor living spaces, its long, low-profile silhouette creates a welcoming warmth and acts as a natural gathering point. The included matching Supercast pedestal provides elevation and a refined stance, while stainless steel trim (SS54T) and a burner cover (SS1242BC) add durability and a polished finish (sold separately).

Safety and compliance: This product is UL listed and manufactured with care in the USA using a blend of US and imported parts. It’s designed for propane by default but can be converted to natural gas with the included kit. Please note Prop 65 warnings regarding exposure to certain chemicals.

Curbside Delivery – (Free or Cost)
Delivered to the end of your driveway or curb. Typical delivery time is 7–10 business days after processing.
Threshold Delivery – (Optional Upgrade)
Item is delivered to your porch, sheltered entryway, or garage area. Available for select items. Contact us for availability and pricing.
White Glove Delivery – (Optional Upgrade)
Delivery to your room of choice. Full assembly is NOT included for some items. All packaging and debris will be removed from your home. Availability varies by item—please contact us to confirm eligibility before ordering.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if the item has not yet shipped. If the order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return and subject to return shipping and restocking fees. -
RETURNS
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

All returns require prior approval. Returns cannot be sent to our business office and must be shipped to the manufacturer or authorized warehouse. -
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
Unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for:

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. To process a damage claim, provide:

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and provide return instructions for the incorrect item at no cost to you. -
REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds are issued after the manufacturer receives and inspects the returned item.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Any shipping or restocking fees will be deducted from the final refund.
We will notify you once your refund is processed. -
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be offered for eligible items. Customers are responsible for return shipping, any price difference, and any applicable restocking fees. Replacement items will ship after the original item is received and inspected. -
FREIGHT DELIVERY (LTL SHIPMENTS)
Many of our products ship via freight carriers. Customers are responsible for inspecting the shipment before signing for delivery.
If damage is visible or suspected, you must note it on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment.
