Delivered to the end of your driveway or curb. Typical delivery time is 7–10 business days after processing.
Threshold Delivery – (Optional Upgrade)
Item is delivered to your porch, sheltered entryway, or garage area. Available for select items. Contact us for availability and pricing.
White Glove Delivery – (Optional Upgrade)
Delivery to your room of choice. Full assembly is NOT included for some items. All packaging and debris will be removed from your home. Availability varies by item—please contact us to confirm eligibility before ordering.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if the item has not yet shipped. If the order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return and subject to return shipping and restocking fees. -
RETURNS
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and provide return instructions for the incorrect item at no cost to you. -
