The Muscle 36" Hybrid Grill combines natural gas efficiency with solid-fuel versatility, delivering 1,072 square inches of precisely controlled cooking space. Dual 22,000 BTU main burners feed into a 16-gauge double-lined hood equipped with adjustable draft vents, enabling stable temperature management for low-temperature smoke roasting or intense direct-heat searing.

All load-bearing and food-contact components are constructed from 14- to 12-gauge #304 stainless steel, including a reinforced hood handle, burner assembly, burner covers, and patented fuel trays. Reversible 9-gauge V-shaped cooking grates promote even airflow and efficient fat rendering, while integrated heat zone separators allow simultaneous grilling of different doneness levels. The included drip pan features a dedicated rear drain system for rapid post-cook maintenance.

Ignition relies on a flame thrower ignition system for reliable starter-up, supported by interior halogen cooking lights and individually backlit LED control knobs for nighttime operation. The central firebox supports both natural gas injection and direct solid-fuel loading when charcoal or wood flavor is preferred. Accessories remain organized via a built-in rotisserie spit storage cage, and the 400-pound chassis undergoes factory calibration, performance testing, and ANSI Z21.58/CGA 1.6 safety certification before leaving the United States manufacturing facility.
