LP tank in the base, so plan for a separate LP tank or built-in gas line configuration as needed.

Enjoy straightforward ignition with the standard manual ignition system and battery-operated sparker, or upgrade to the electronic Direct Spark Ignition for faster, hands-free lighting. For safety and maintenance, remove the burner cover before lighting and operating the burner at all times. White Glove Delivery – (Optional Upgrade)
Delivery to your room of choice. Full assembly is NOT included for some items. All packaging and debris will be removed from your home. Availability varies by item—please contact us to confirm eligibility before ordering.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if the item has not yet shipped. If the order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return and subject to return shipping and restocking fees. -

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and provide return instructions for the incorrect item at no cost to you. -

Refunds are issued after the manufacturer receives and inspects the returned item.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Any shipping or restocking fees will be deducted from the final refund.
